Here are a few more pictures of our new house before it started filling up with stuff.  Besides the fireplace next to the front door, it is actually laid out pretty well.

Blogging is not my thing.  I have done just two posts in the almost 3 years I have had this... but... we just bought a house, and THAT does interest me.  Built in 1937, it is pretty close to everything we wanted.  Now comes the hard part..  I have a horrible time making up my mind, and I am incredibly picky, so decorating is going to be a challenge, and this is the first...

What do you do with a fireplace next to the front door?????

It has been awhile.....

So obviously I have done nothing since I set this up over a year ago...  between the stressing and the wallowing I have kept pretty busy.   Husband and daughter deployed, other daughter away at college.. just the son and I are at home with all the crazy animals.  I created this in the first place to keep my husband updated while he was away... obviously a failed attempt.. but better late than never!  These were taken just a few weeks before deployment.

Is this a good idea?

So my new husband thought that this would be a good idea to keep me occupied since I will be having some time on my hands.  I don't tend to stick to things if I don't enjoy them, so I guess we will see how it goes!
